[Xfce-i18n] Translating "Show Legend"

I have marked both the item in the menu that toggles the visibility of that
complete statusbar and the legend itself (previously that was a tooltip
when you hovered the treeview, but that was very unreliable, undiscoverable
and inconvenient).
