[Xfce-i18n] New member introduction

Hello everyone! I am from Bangladesh and I am a native Bengali speaker. I
am also fluent in English and I want to help translate Xfce to Bengali. I
already sent a join request to xfce4-panel project on Transifex by the
username "ACE014". It will be nice if you accept.
