[Xfce-i18n] msgfmt error message

Hello Please advise regarding a fix for this error message:

msgfmt --check, reported the following issue:

po/he.po.new:963: format specifications in 'msgid' and 'msgstr' for
argument 1 are not the same msgfmt: found 1 fatal error
====
