[Xfce-i18n] Pulling translations from transifex.com with tx client

Yes -- the above URL is a 404.

Here are the available options:

I wrote down on our Feature Requests to support API requests on top of the
organization, so one could get the above page over the API and, then,
extend the --auto-remote feature of the client to accept that URL.
