[Xfce-i18n] Applicant for Dutch translation

Hello people,
Hopefully I'll be soon ready to help with translating XFCE into Dutch. To be honest I'm starting, because there are some toe-curling out-of-context translations. Time to stop complaining and start contributing.I'm on Debian Stable which has XFCE 4.8, but hopefully that won't be a problem.
