Use the --auto-remote switch on init. For example, to download all files
for thunar-plugins:

    tx init
    tx set --auto-remote
https://www.transifex.com/projects/p/thunar-plugins/
    tx pull -l nl

    ls translations/thunar-plugins.thunar-archive-plugin/nl.po
    translations/thunar-plugins.thunar-archive-plugin/nl.po

You can easily run the set command for all projects (only once needed).
This will create a good .tx/config file for XFCE. You can upload it on a
repo so that all translators can use it. Then they'll simply need to:

    git clone ....
    cd ...
    tx pull -l nl
