[Xfce-i18n] New translator

Hello everyone :)

My name is Ronny K. M. Olufsen. I am a longtime Linux/Unix user and I want
to help with the translation of Xfce to norwegian, specifically
norwegian-"bokmål". As it is now, and has been for some years now, the
translations are a mix of both norwegian- "nynorsk" and "bokmål".
