[Xfce-i18n] Problems for transifex, yay

Actually I try to translate %0 o'clock from master xfce4-panel to spanish
(%0 en punto) but transifex prevent submit the translation because '%0 o'
is part of the string of %0, this prevent translate it in te proper way

apparently transifex or the string think that %0 o' IS the variable instead
of simply %0
