[Xfce-i18n] Hebrew team mess.

well, I'm still being as a student. and I need to learn more and more thing
for translation.
I think that translation is an indirect conversation with a person who uses
language which translator's own language.
we need to study our mother language hardly before we do study foreign
language.
and we should better to read and review some background knowledge
repeatedly.
it is just all of them. and I can say no more advise.
