[Xfce-i18n] xfce4-weather-plugin string freeze

Hello Harald,

It seems to me that there is a redundant string (weather-config.c:751).

Reference:
#: ../panel-plugin/weather-config.c:751
#: ../panel-plugin/weather-config.c:796

Instead of writing the exact same, the string weather-config.c:751
should appear like this:

%s 1 millimeter is one thousandth of a meter, or approximately 0.04
inches.

Where %s is the whole content of string weather-config.c:796.

This would be more efficient on HDD space, bandwidth etc.
