[Xfce-i18n] Translations upload already in 100%

I have a idea.
Why not relly on md5sums and not in percentages so if source and objetive
differ update.
other option is update daily a amount of updates even if are at 100%

but transifex report 100% or more? because I read that the script have a
workaround about this point and percentage thingand noticed that if
transifex isn't repported 100% is for a thing (like this error).
