[Xfce-i18n] Please allow pt_BR translation for 'www.xfce.org'

Ah, sorry for the noise.

After I e-mailed, I decided to try another thing and I ended up
figuring how I should proceed to correctly create it. Looks like the
problem was between the chair and keyboard. ¬¬
