[Xfce-i18n] Getting new translations into the distro's: a limited opportunity

Hi, Pjotr!
Although my (Kazakh) translation is in a good shape,
I want to tell that this is very good idea.
Also this is a chance to fix translation mistakes,
especially annoying ones.
