[Xfce-i18n] Doubts in translation completeness

Hi,

I have a question regarding completeness of translation. If someone can
point me ou the reason, it would be nice.

I´m one of Portuguese translators and when looking in apps branch, I notice
that we have 98% of translations made (4356 translated; 73 not) but when
opening branch, all packages are translated. There is no more packages to
translate. Is there something missing in branch or what?
