[Xfce-i18n] Translation team aprovement

Hello everyone,

 since currently there is no one who would translate Xfce into Slovene, I decided to give it a try. About 10 days ago I requested to join a Slovenian translation team, but my request is still pending. I even contacted the only member of that team (who is not active anymore), but he answered that he is not authorized to accept me.

 I would be very glad, if someone could approve my request.
