[Xfce-i18n] How to build documentation

If you run ./autogen.sh --enable-gen-doc you should see these lines in
the output:

[...]
checking for xsltproc... /usr/bin/xsltproc
checking for xml2po... /usr/bin/xml2po
checking for xmllint... /usr/bin/xmllint
[...]
Documentation: yes (generate)

Then running make in doc/manual should produce this:

[...]

*** Generating C documentation
Validating DocBook XML file
Creating the HTML pages
Writing index.html for article(index)

*** Generating da documentation
Building the translated DocBook XML file
Validating DocBook XML file
Creating the HTML pages
Writing index.html for article(index)
