[Xfce-i18n] Last call for Xfce notes plugin

Hi Fabian,

First I'm not in charge for setting up the whole Transifex sub-domain all
behind SSL/TLS. And second, fact is there is no SSH/Git access for
translators as there used to be and I already explained it to you! You have
to get along with the new workflow.

And more important, if you were to translate components from git you had to
do additional work to upload a PO file that is in sync with the sources. The
notes plugin, just like all the Xfce core components and some other
components, have their PO files and POT file automatically generated through
Transifex, so you really have to download the PO file through Transifex and
not git. If you were to pull the git tree you would have to run the “make -C
po update-po” command. And that for the maintainer is a great advantage, all
s·he has to do is keeping the POTFILES.in/skip in sync when there are new
source files pushed in the tree.

Regarding your error, can you be more explicit with the error 414 you
encountered, I never hit any such error pages. When does it happen, what
browser are you using, can you easily reproduce the problem?

Cheers
Mike
