[Xfce-i18n] How do test translated files

Hi

Those files are standard PO files, if you have local copy, just do it as
usual way (as you described above).

msgfmt -c thunar.po  will give you messages.mo file at output. Rename it
accordingly and put them in right place,

I personally use Poedit, with "Generate mo-files" option enabled.
