[Xfce-i18n] Upload Error[xfce4-cellmodem-plugin mater-doc]

Hi,
When I upload xfce4-cellmodem-plugin master-doc's  Uyghur translation  to https://translations.xfce.org/projects/p/xfce4-clipman-plugin/c/master-doc/ 
I got an error:You need to be in the 'None' team of this project for being able to send translations to that file target.
Please help me.
