Hi,

When you speak about Xubuntu then this is somehow another beast. They
base the translation on Xfce translation but this is done on Launchpad
and more dokuments for translation can be found there. I think that
you might want to make an account on Launchpad and import your
translations manually or maybe contact the Xubuntu team to be advised.
But most likely you'll have to wait for 10.10 release for your
translation.
