[Xfce-i18n] Request for translators group

Hello Sergiu, your account is now active. If you wish to translate to
many languages currently one of the best thing to do -- because it
isn't possible for one account to have multiple target languages at
the moment -- you can create multiple accounts like paranoik_<LANG>
for example.
