[Xfce-i18n] slovak new mainater

Hello Pavol,

Currently Robert(CCed) is the translator with upload rights via the
Transifex platform installed at http://translations.xfce.org. You can
register on it and ask to be added to the translators group to gain
upload rights as well. It is recommended of course to share the work,
for that you can setup a page at
http://wiki.xfce.org/translations/team_sk, it is usually filled with
the current translators and a dictionary of common words. Have a look
at http://i18n.xfce.org for more info.
