[Xfce-i18n] Account on Transifex

Hello,

You have been added to the translators group and are now able to
upload updated po files. Don't forget to update your profile with your
real name otherwise the commits will fail.

There is currently one translator that I CCed with upload rights. It
is always a good thing to work together. Also, a team page is already
avaiable at http://wiki.xfce.org/translations/team_uk
