[Xfce-i18n] Urdu Translation of xfce

All will be committed today, except the mcs packages, as they are 
deprecated with the Xfce 4.6 release.

 From now on it would be better if you translate using the svn script. 
Have a look at our wiki at http://i18n.xfce.org.
