[Xfce-i18n] Patch for Italian translation

I attached a patch that correct the charset bug reported here: 
http://bugzilla.xfce.org/show_bug.cgi?id=5330

Also are included some little improvements for xarchiver, xfwm4 and 
xfce4 panel for 4.6 and trunk.
