[Xfce-i18n] Can't commit with new account

Hi

I'm trying to commit an updated translation, but I'm stuck:

I followed the svn_howto wiki page and I can't see what am I doing
wrong. I can log in at https://svn.xfce.org/ with my username/passsword,
so these are probably correct.
I even tried to manually checkout the repository with svn co
https://kelemeng@svn.xfce.org/svn/xfce/libexo/trunk but the result is
the same.

How should I commit my translations?
