[Xfce-i18n] Ask for an svn account and update Simplified Chinese translations

Hi,
I have updated Simplified Chinese translations at the following location, please somebody commit them, the file will be deleted in 2 weeks.
http://www.namipan.com/d/zh_CN.diff.gz/caa895459c7ba9b44d9fbe8686f86cd0a3d3b0afa13c0100
And I want to ask for an svn account for maintaining the Simplified Chinese translations, could anyone tell me how to do it?
