[Xfce-i18n] Updates for Simplified Chinese (zh_CN) translations, resubmission

Hi Chris,

You should get them by command |xdt-i18n init xfce/trunk and then
you'll find them in folder |xfce-i18n/xfce

By the way translate trunk and goodies before 4.4, 4.2 and 4.0.

Trunk and goodies will form version 4.6
