[Xfce-i18n] Updates for Simplified Chinese (zh_CN) translations, resubmission

Attached is the diff file from the root of the SVN tree. Thanks to
Per for the information.
But I still cannot find libexo and thunar in the tree. I didn't
import the trunk tree, this update is for the xfce-4.4.
