[Xfce-i18n] Updates for Simplified Chinese (zh_CN) translations, Xfce 4.4

Hi Max,
Thanks for the information. As I'm completely new in translation,
it's not a surprise that the files do not work. I have followed the
guideline at http://i18n.xfce.org/wiki/translation_guidance_in_xfce to
check out and update the po files. I didn't find anywhere on the page
mentioning "xdt-i18n". Can you tell me more detail about how to do it
properly, or direct me to the corresponding webpages explaining this?
