[Xfce-i18n] Transifex feature request

Hi,

I would be nice to introduce roles in the implementation of Transifex
by Xfce.

It will give the possibility to run translations by group of languages
and most likely lead to better quality of translations.

As for now Transifex is not offering any tools to language
coordinators and does not support the way we handle Danish translations.
