[Xfce-i18n] What to do with i18n.xfce.org?

I think the wiki page is better suited as an entry point. It's easier
to maintain, can be set up to contain useful guidelines and things like
that and it can also be used by teams to organize themselves.
I suggest we move the contents to http://translations.xfce.org though,
so that we have it in the same subdomain as Transifex (https://). We
can forward i18n.xfce.org to translations for compatibility reasons.
