[Xfce-i18n] improve a exist translation

Hi everybody,
I'm from Vietnam(vi)!
The quality of translation on some po files is not quite good!
I want to edit and improve them?
So, how to do this after i translated?
Also, i feel wiki is poor information!
I still don't get familiarize with work! This is the first time i do work
like this!
