[Xfce-i18n] Estonian translation update for libexo trunk

Dear mr. Vois,
I would be glad to get Estonian translation process rolling again. :) I do
have a couple of ideas that I would like to implement, and I will contact
mr. Suvi (a.k.a. Spott from pingviin.org) to discuss it with him first.
