[Xfce-i18n] Estonian translation update for libexo trunk

The estonian translation of XFCE is long time waiting for so passionate translator and maintainer like You seem to be. I will gladly hand it over to you. Please ask for it and maintainer of the XFCE translations will give you the required access.
