[Xfce-i18n] Japanese translation (trunk)

Hi, Max.

I always check po file that you mentioned :)
All of the messages aren't accelerator key definitions so that Juha said.
Japanese doesn't normally separate words in blank, therefore doesn't use 
underscores instead of blanks.
Anyway, I hope to be done some kind of solution :)
