[Xfce-i18n] Credits translations

[Per Kongstad]

Hi,

Just to clarify

Shall 'Credits' be translated or shall we list the group of persons
taking care of translation.

We have taken decission to list for

'translator-credits'

msgstr ""
"Per Kongstad <p_kongstad at op.pl>\n"
\n"
"Dansk-gruppen <dansk at dansk-gruppen.dk>\n"
"Mere info: http://www.dansk-gruppen.dk"

But it would be nice to have clear rules for this.
