[Xfce-i18n] Update of German core components

Hey Max, hey all,

after our very productive translation team meeting on Wednesday, here's
a patch incorporating lots of the topics that we discussed, fixing some
typos, enhancing language, unfuzzying strings and translating few
missing ones against this night's SVN. Also, consistency is being
targetted.

During the next days, I will hopefully create another patch for the
remaining core components and goodies, so that we can discuss the
hopefully committed translations on next Wednesday.
