[Xfce-i18n] Questions about the meaning of some strings in Mousepad

Mousepad failed to spawn a command, in this case: unable to launch xfprint.

Unable to open the file with writing permissions.

> * Can't open file to write

Opened the file, but is unable to write the new content to the file.
