[Xfce-i18n] Questions about the meaning of some strings in Mousepad

Hello,

I edited the Estonian translation of Mousepad to a satisfactory level.
However, I still need some clarification of certain terms to make sure
that I translate those correctly.

I don't understand the meaning of:
* Can't open pipe to process.

And I don't understand the difference between these two messages:
* Can't write file
* Can't open file to write
