[Xfce-i18n] Chinese Simplified web pages update patch

Hi,

I'm so glad to tell you that I have updated the Chinese web pages of xfce.org.
Some changes:
Add spaces between Chinese charactors and English words.
All Chinese brackets change to English style.
Fix faq links.
Meta data translated.
New strings.
New pages.
etc.

It has been a long time since my last patch, I'm not sure whether the 
procedure was right. The patch file was created by
$ svn diff > www-i18n-update.patch
. I hope this is the right metherd.

A little request, in the language selection menu, can you change "Chinese" 
to "简体中文"?
