[Xfce-i18n] Xfce Website starting in Brazilian Portuguese Now!

Hello guys!

I'm very glad to contribute with Xfce Project. It's my
first translation contribution. I hope translate all
Xfce website to Brazilian Portuguese and so start a
translation and contribution of Xfce code.

I'm got passionate to XFCE.
