this is what you have to do before making the patch (thx S.A.):
"svn add it.po"

If you use Terminal, just type "svn st" and it will show the new 
translations with a question mark. Copy and paste, separated by spaces, 
all the new files path after the svn add command.

Could you send in the new patch to be applied?
