[Xfce-i18n] Update of sq for 4.4 branch

Hello,

I'm  attaching an update for Albanian, for 4.4 branch.
This is my first time using svn with xfce repositories. (That's why I'm
cc-ing Maximilian who,
almost a year ago, took care a year ago of all the steps I was supposed
to do, but didn't for lack
 of a working svn on my box). So  be patient with any eventual error due
to that.

Updates for trunk, including goodies will follow as soon as I get the
confirmation that I'm doing it right.
