[Xfce-i18n] Dzongkha (dz) translation update for XFCE-Trunk and new translations for XFCE-goodies-trunk

Hi,
 I am attaching here the Dzongkha (dz) translation updates for XFCE-trunk
and new translations for XFCE-goodies-trunk.
Previously, I used to submit translations from a different email id (i.e.
tdendup at dit.gov.bt), but since the old id is not working anymore, I am using
my gmail id.

I have also applied (with help from #xfce) for a cvs account  and am waiting
for the confirmation and password.
