[Xfce-i18n] Terminal translation question, command line option translation

Hi,

Should the "DIRNAME" be translated or does it have to remain in english? 
I have the following line
listed as "fuzzy" but I can't see the reason why.

msgid "  --working-directory=DIRNAME         Set the terminal's working 
directory"
msgstr "  --working-directory=NOMREP          Détermine le répertoire de 
travail du terminal"
