[Xfce-i18n] An omitted white space in the process of update

As you've already noticed, there's a problem should be resolved
before committing by me i.e.

That will bring unnecessary diffs annoying I bet, so could
you please tell me what's wrong on my side (I think yours is
correct)? My current environment is:

python 2.4.2, xml2po 1.0.11, libxslt 1.1.15, libxml 2.6.23,
xml-dtd 4.3, xsl-stylesheets 1.69.1.
