[Xfce-i18n] xfapplet plugin worth translating

Hi,

The xfapplet plugin has finally reached a string freeze state, so any of you
willing to contribute with translations are welcome! ;)

I would really like to see it translated to as many languages as possible, and
considering that it has just 14 strings to be translated, I guess it won't be
that difficult.
