[Xfce-i18n] New (sq) translation to commit

Hello, 

I'd like to submit a translation of Xfce in Albanian (sq).
I'm attaching it to this message, in the hope that it reflekts the
actual status of things. I tried to svn trunk and 4.2, but I get
a Segmentation Fault from SVN. I would much aprecciate if somebody
could send me a tarball of both, so I can better check my translation
against both of them. Until that happy moment, do please commit the
attached over this message.
One more thing, can somebody send me a few screenshots of it working, so I can use them
for my homepage?
