[Xfce-i18n] xfce4-xxms-plugin

Hi,

I made an update of the German translation of xfce4-xmms-plugin.
There are only four strings and Benny, the last translator, didn't
touched the file since January, so I translated the four strings
quickly.

Usually, I don't edit files from other people, but I think in the case
of four strings, it should not be a big problem.

P.S.: This time I gzipped the file to test whether my signature works
then. Usually, I have no problems with signing my mails and attaching
files.
